This text has been prepared based on the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Türkiye. It contains information on how your personal data will be stored by us.
Personal Data Protection Disclosure Statement
1. Identity of the Data Controller
This Disclosure Statement has been prepared by Dr. Celal Alioğlu (“Company”), acting as the data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“KVKK”).
2. Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
The personal data collected by the Company may be processed for, but not limited to, the following purposes:
- Contact Information (Name, Surname, Email, Phone, etc.)
Purpose: Appointment scheduling, providing information, promotion, and communication with patients/clients.
- Special Category Personal Data (Health Data, etc.)
Purpose: The provision of examination, testing, treatment, and consultancy services. (Processed with the necessary legal basis or with explicit consent.)
- Service Usage Data (IP Address, Visit Information, etc.)
Purpose: Ensuring site security, performance, and statistical analysis.
- Payment Information (Bank Account Details, etc.)
Purpose: Managing collection, invoicing, and financial processes.
3. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through;
- Our website (application/contact forms, cookies, etc.),
- Telephone, email, or face-to-face meetings,
- Partner institutions, laboratories, hospitals, pharmacies,
- Third-party service providers (online payment systems, etc.)

4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Explicitly provided for in the laws,
- The formation or performance of a contract,
- Fulfillment of a legal obligation,
- Protection of our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed,
- With your explicit consent (especially regarding special category personal data or in other cases required by the legislation).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to;
- Public institutions and organizations authorized by law,
- Hospitals, laboratories, and similar health institutions with which we have agreements,
- Experts in fields such as law, accounting, and auditing from whom we receive consultancy,
- Our business partners, suppliers, or service providers,
- Other third parties, in the event that you provide your explicit consent,
in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Periods for Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose of processing or in accordance with the legal retention and limitation periods specified in the relevant legislation. After this period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or rendered anonymous.
7. Data Security
We take technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal data. In this context;
- The security of databases and servers,
- Regular backups and updates,
- Limitation of access rights
and similar measures are implemented.
8. Your Rights under the KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise the following rights by contacting the Company:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information regarding the processing, if it is taking place,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To learn the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally,
- To request the correction of any incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
- To request that your requests for correction or deletion/destruction be communicated to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to any adverse effects arising from the analysis of processed data solely by automated systems,
- To request compensation for any damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

To exercise your rights under the KVKK or to submit any questions or requests, you can contact us through the following channels:
Applications will be processed as soon as possible and in no event later than 30 (thirty) days. If a fee is required by the Personal Data Protection Authority, the relevant fee may be charged to the applicant.
10. Updates and Amendments
This Disclosure Statement may be updated in accordance with changes in the legislation or the Company’s policies. The changes will become effective on the date they are published on www.celalalioglu.com.
