TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You must be present at the hospital where the surgery will be performed on the day and time agreed upon after your meeting with our sales team.
2. In order for an appointment to be made for you, €310.00 will be charged to you.
3. 10% of the amount received is a bank commission and will not be refunded under any circumstances. The terms and conditions below are valid over €300.00.
4. After the €300.00 fee is paid online, an appointment will be made for you. You must pay the remaining amount in cash before the surgery. The surgery will begin after all payment procedures are completed.
5. The €300.00 you paid will be deducted from your surgery fee.
6. In the event that your surgery does not take place on the determined day and time; The €300.00 fee will not be refunded to you, except for the cancellation of flights due to health problems, natural disasters, war, mobilization, pandemic, force majeure reasons that may prevent the surgery, the death or serious illness of your first-degree relative, or our doctor canceling the surgery/operation. All of the aforementioned reasons must be documented.
7. If you cancel the surgery without stating any reason, the €300.00 you paid will not be refunded.
8. You must provide accurate and complete information to the questions asked by our team about your health condition. If you make false statements about your health condition or if your surgery cannot be performed due to your incomplete answers to the questions asked by our team, the €300.00 fee paid will not be refunded.
9. The information form on the payment screen must be filled out completely and accurately. You are responsible for any negativities that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information on the form.
